JB Russell's work focuses on current events, the human consequences of conflict and issues related to human security. His photos appear regularly in magazines, newspapers, on the Internet and in books worldwide. JB's work has been recognized by numerous awards and honors including: the Public Prize at France's Bayeux War Correspondent's Competition, 1st place in the Magazine News Story category of the POYi competition, the Best of American Photography Annual and American Photo competition. His work has been exhibited and frequently featured at Visa Pour L'Image, the international photojournalism festival in Perpignan, France. J.B Russell is represented by the Cosmos Photo, Panos Pictures and Contacto photo agencies. He lives in Paris.
